Bukavu, Dem. Rep. Of Congo 06/23/25: Rwandan Tutsis who have been an increasing political force in the country's chaotic and civil war torn government wanted to hold rallies injecting themselves formally into DRC's election roster. Congolese natives in Bukavu refused to allow the Rwandan candidate's entourage to rally in their town. Rwandan Tutsi soldiers came back into the town later and were ordered by their commander to go from house to house and execute everyone in sight.
This is the same thing that ANTIFA and the Democratic Socialists would do here if they had gathered enough power. In Seattle during CHAZ in the summer of 2020, it had come very close. Residents of apartment buildings had reported being confined to their homes by black-bloc clad armed 'Autonomous Zone' enforcers in CHAZ and questioned on their political views and voting records when they had to leave to run errands. For 2 weeks at the height of the unrest, Seattle's police department had been under an "all units retreat and stay put" order in their precinct stations, leaving the residents of the riot affected zones completely on their own and potentially at the mercy of communist terrorists.
