Before retiring, I worked for a power electronics semiconductor manufacturer. My manager was always after me to "go after the Proterra business". I always dragged my feet because I could see a train wreck coming. Not necessarily this particular one, but there were enough warning bells that I didn't want to get involved and I definitely didn't want my company getting involved.
