With the Constitutional violations of State election laws, Pence was within his rights to not count those votes, until he could ask the State Legislatures to verify them.
They tried this once, in 1857, and after that congress passed a law to make sure it never happened again. It's called the Electoral Count Act. He literally cannot reject electoral votes. The joint session can, though they wouldn't, but the VP cannot. It's tin foil hat land to believe otherwise, but it is the Bear Pit.

But think about it from a constitutional point of view. The idea that a candidate for Pres or VP, as is almost always the case for the sitting VP, would have the last word on the next winner, is so antithetical to the idea of a government based in the separation of powers that it is almost head spinning. It was just that kind of corruption that led the colonists to leave.

Your ignorance is showing.
First Congress has no power to pass any law that violates the Constitution.
Second the VP would not be having the last word. The State legislature would. He would only be asking that they verify the Electors.

Now I will take Samual Clemons advice regarding arguing with a fool.

Bad ole @Choid -evil’s advocate- doesn’t know the shoulder angle of a .30-06 without google, but has opinions of full breakdown of Constitutional elections with references.

Makes you wonder why he comes to a place called Snipershide...

These shills should have to pay for a commercial account. They’re clearly here for business it just isn’t the gun business...

Maybe Trump lied about his wealth?
🤔
It's okay, he's got daddy's inheritance, and those stupid fucktards that keep donating to his rather vague "return" to politics.
Still think he should set up his own church.
Then he can scoop up the other low IQ believers that throw their dollars at money hungry charlatans.View attachment 7599736
Did you have a head injury as a child?

Meanwhile another prime example of the horrors that FaceBook brings to unsuspecting young people:

It's tragic that the young man didn't have a good enough relationship with his family to be able to go to his parents and ask for help.
But FaceBook needs to be held accountable. They are all proud about how they can "proactively block trump supporters" but can't seem to be bothered about real life threatening stuff.

Well, the law has not been ruled unconstitutional, so it has that going for it. But in any case, it is very hard to imagine the founders vesting the executive branch with the ability to have such a strong check on the election of the executive branch. It is, given the rest of the constitution, almost unfathomable.

You can think I am a fool or not, but if you look at constitutional scholars, and not meme posters on twitbook, the agreement on this would be about 99.99% to .01%. Probably all fools, not like the big brains on moronic right.

I hate this unilateral "destruction of evidence" policy...really bad trend.
Indeed.
I know of places with evidence from 50 year old unsolved cases kept because "maybe" they will be able to solve it. Institutionally there is a mindset that wants to see every case solved.

Shit doesn't just get "timed out" and thrown away.
Ding ding ding. Exactly. But don’t worry, anyone with this mindset will be called a conspiracy theorist.

It wasnt that he didnt have a good enough relationship with his family, its more that he was burdened that he had perhaps brought shame to the peeps he cared about.

This kid had something few in society have......a sense of shame.

While the likes of the Kardashians make money off of what he was being put under duress for he felt being accused of it was worse than living.

Sucks.....evil fucks out there.

Yes and no I guess.
I'm thinking he didn't feel he could go to his parents and say someone was blackmailing him over some dick picks that he sent, and know for sure that his parents would be all about, we rally as a family and we deal with the issue, everybody makes stupid mistakes.

Lots of people still have repressed ideas about nudity and sexuality and that's why these blackmailers can do stuff.

The family would have had to hire a good lawyer as stupid evil ADAs love to try to charge children with taking photos of themselves under adult laws, because it's easier than going after the real predators and pedophiles, who prey on kids, and why go after real vile evil criminals that you have to work to find when you can just re-victimize some poor kid and pat yourself on the back? A competent lawyer would tell them, see you in court, then go after the DA politically for victimizing children for political gain.

This is NOT a rare instance, this kind of evil goes on all over the world every day.

Children are bullied into suicide via social media regularly. Their phone and their imaginary friends are more real to them than their parents and actual family.

This “Mass shooting” was all over the news this morning until they found out who the shooter was. Now you have to google search it to find anything on it. Laughable.

The social media giants are too busy silencing conservative voices to care about kids suffering at the hands of the predators they protect.

The shooting at Fort Detrick involving the Corpsman has gone mysteriously silent.......

My kids got some weirdness since he got sick.

Totally different boy from the first 11 years. No longer has the friends he enjoyed for most of his life.

Hate to say it but the personality change is "grating" at times.

He has basketball, his dog walking and on occasion he will accept us.

He currently doesnt have his XBox but his obsession was playing Fortnite with some "kids" in Canada.

I fear he would be ripe for this type of attack and that article kind of hits home.

Fuck...there are adults that have been suckered in by the email with the strange Nigerian accent identifying a password and stating they have hijacked your computer camera while you were watching porn hub...pay them $5K or they will "expose" you.

In my case a 15 second film would do nothing to my standing in society but for kids that may already be vulnerable that pressure would be crushing.

Yeah... I'm confident there was some form of quid-pro-quo involved... Plus... "Pence was one of those who received a letter..." ;)
pence and rosenstein were a team plotting to remove trump so pence would be president. that is why rosenstein offered to wear a wire (which of course he denied).

  • Hunter Biden released his 'tell-all' memoir Beautiful Things on Tuesday, but left out shocking details
  • DailyMail.com can reveal those secrets after contents of his abandoned laptop - including a cache of 103,000 text messages, 154,000 emails, more than 2,000 photos - were verified by top forensics experts
  • Hunter left his MacBook Pro laptop at a Wilmington, Delaware computer repair shop in April 2019 and never returned for it
  • In texts from 2019, Hunter begged his father to run for president to salvage Hunter's own reputation
  • Hunter repeatedly dodged police action against him, despite constantly dealing with drug dealers and prostitutes and having multiple run-ins with the law
  • The president's son was guarded by a Secret Service agent while on a 2018 drug and prostitute binge in Hollywood, despite not being entitled to protection at the time
  • Hunter appeared to be obsessed with making porn films with prostitutes, videos and photos on his laptop show
  • Texts also show Joe Biden was afraid his conversations with Hunter were being hacked even as they discussed his White House bid

if white people are so racist, why are there so many more fake hate crimes than real ones?

Senate Bill SB43 mandates an audit of Windham’s disturbing November 3, 2020 general election results that produced a massive discrepancy between the machine vote tally for the State Rep race on election day and a hand recount 9 days later. The recount showed a difference of 1,363 votes for the State Rep race being shifted with only 10,006 ballots were cast. That is a big discrepancy – and we need to know why!

That^^^!

Yes. It seems to me that parents, or inept parenting can be part of the problem. It's up to the parents to create such a stong bond / safe space for their children that they should be able to come to them with ANY f-ing problem under the sun... with zero shame or fear. The kid certainly can't do that. Its 100% on the parents. And especially when puberty hits and the hormones ricocheting... and everything becomes awkward. If that poor kid had one safe place to turn too, someone he could confide in, he might still be around. :(
