I just find it unbelievable how low these liberal/socialist cities have sunk to even consider debating , let alone passing these shit laws ! Judges in the 9th circuit should be tared and feathered then run out of town .
Perhaps the good police officers in that department realize about now that there is no hope of turning things around with the kind of people and leadership that exist there & are getting out while the getting outs good. My guess is once all the good guys have left, the quality of that department will go way down.... which seems to be exactly what the mayor and the city want...

Well unfortunately in live here in this shithole and yes it's bad!
A while back I had more than a half dozen officers, plus fire department and paramedics in my backyard for half the night trying to get an individual out of a tree in my backyard.
They did not use any force and told me their hand we're tied!
They finally told me that they had orders to leave and he would come down after they left and asked me to go inside.
I told one of the officers there was NO WAY I was going inside with someone I didn't know in my backyard!
He asked me if I needed any mace?
I told him NOPE, I had everything I needed!
He looked at me and said "I bet you do."
When they left, I hooked up the water hose and soaked his dumbass to the point hypothermia set in ( it was the middle of December and a very cold night). After awhile he was loosing it.
I put the ladder up to the tree managed to get him down.
He was in such bad shape he could barely move!
Got the punk a ride and whispered some sweet nothings in his ear.
Explained how if I EVER seen him in the neighborhood again it wouldn't end as well as it did this time and just how lucky of a bitch he was!
Anyway before the cops left one of them told me "not to long ago we would have had his ass on the ground in less than two minutes!" Also told me, at the time, that a whole lot of them were leaving the force!
I live here and I know what they're up against.
This place is lawless and go figure the COP for portlandia is named OUTLAW!

the plan is to run out the good officers. replace them with the “brown shirts” who are going to be all too willing to wield that power over their political enemies. this is how they are going to come at the constitution.

Eastern Oregon is still ok but.... Unfortunately Kate Brown's social engineering is in full swing. They are moving people from the west side here. Druggies, single moms with 6 fuck trophies, disabled people. They are building HUD housing for them. There are no jobs for them here. They are overstreching the hospitals, police and social services. burglary and petty theft have gone through the roof. I used to live in a town where everyone knew each other. a wrong number would turn into a half hour phone conversation. Now I go into the Safeway and wonder if I have enough ammo to shoot my way back to the truck. The other night I was driving home and a midget on a skateboard cut in front of me, flipped me off and yelled "fuck You". I mean, In Burns Oregon? WTF? And, what happens when this spreads to your state? Believe me, it’s spreading. Don’t think it’s going to be contained on the coasts because it’s not. It’s really a matter of time.
I seen this stuff going on in 1980 when I lived in southern california.
People have to get throughly fed up for anything to ever change.
