I know this rangefinder is made for golf, but I was wondering if it could apply to shooting. The 1600 ARC appears to be getting good reviews, but I am not crazy about the "bullet drop" info based on generic, preset ballistic settings. The Slope Edition says it has a built in inclinometer and reads an adjusted yardage based on the angle of slope. The one draw back is that it will not read angles over 20 degrees. Also, not sure how far out the "slope" feature will work. Haven't seen many golf holes over 600 yards long.
Seems simpler to me?
Or am I missing something here?
I know that Hide sponsor Liberty Optics sells them both.
