Proof Rant/ Someone sell me a CF Proof AI AXMC 308 prefit.

So frustrating when companies refuse to sell their products directly to the consumer. you goto reputeable vendors that sell proof products and they wont take orders for what you want because proof takes so long. and the only recourse proof provides is contact optics planet. any questions on what people around here think of optics planet use the search function. there was a nice thread about them the other day. I want to give them money, for the love of god.

so anyways, anyone got any of them proof prefits? shit.

Mile High might have some that aren’t on the web, they had a couple in the showroom but I don’t know whether they were SA or MC tenon threads.

I bet that’s going to be a hard barrel to come by, if you’re not married to Proof maybe Carbon Six can spin one up?

SPR/bugholes may have some blanks they can spin into a prefit for you. Never heard a complaint from them and their prices are good. They had some CFW bartleins too if you’re not dead set on proof.

Does anyone have information on why Proof barrels are practically out of stock everywhere? Seems like they shut down or something... I've been looking for a CF and SS blank for a while and Bugholes doesn't show anything for them last time I checked...
