Pva still using rock creek blanks?

Title says it all. I amlooking for a tl3 shouldered prefit, I thought pva had a choice between rock creek but on and rock creek cut rifled. Now it's just button or cut option, no mention of rock creek. Plus they list a proof competition contour, have they switched over to proof blanks?
