Questions about Accuracy International Magazines vs Accurate Mags Magazines

I am converting a Savage 338 win mag from blind mag to a PTG bottom metal that uses AI mags.

My question is which is the better 5 round 300 win mag magazine?
The standard AI 300 win mag magazine or the the Accurate Mag?
The are within 10 dollars of each other on price.

I am reloading to standard COAL so either mag has enough length.

Any advice?

Also anyone know how high the 10 round AI 300 win mag magazine is?

I would measure a 10 rd mag if I was home at the moment. I bought a couple and almost never used them. They are wayy long for my shooting needs.

I am a big fan of the McRees Precision version of the AICS mags...they mill a custom follower out of aluminum. Much better quality than the plastic follower. However, I own an Accurate Mag and it has functioned flawlessly.

My 10 rounders were from mcree. They were a very long wait but worth it. IIRC they were right at 90$ each.

Looks like they are no longer offering 10 rd 300 Wm magazines. Too bad.
