I worked a load with my Tikka and request a big favor. The LR indicates 2847 average at 65F There were two changes from the prior test last week, it was 85F (chrono 2880 avg)and those cases where sized with an expander ball in the die. I removed it and did the Sinclair .001 expander on the 2847 avg batch.

I'm guessing the 20f drop and different neck tension is the cause?

Requesting QL run with the following data if possible.
I certainly appreciate it.

Mark

Tikka 24" Varmint
Lake City case
IMR 8208 XBR
Fed 205M primer
Sierra 77 TMK (mine average 1.065)
Seated 2.285 if that matters

If possible 24 and 24.2 grains

No I did two calcs based in your velocity at the two different temperatures.
So in the first line you have pressure and velocity for 24 and 24.2 grains at 65 deg and in the second line you have the same at 85 deg.

Okie, so I'm at max with 24. At least the Lab Radar is accurate! My velocities match your QL results.

I certain appreciate the help.
By chance do you have Staball in yours?
