Rabintex offers many styles of helmets to fit different mission profiles around the globe. We are bringing you their ACH contract helmets (in all three styles) currently being issued to IDF Sayeret (SOF) Units. These helmets are built from woven aramid and constructed to the same spec as their U.S. counterparts. They meet Level IIIA requirements. These are true Rabintex helmets, imported from Israel, and factory built at Beit Shean in Northern Israel. These are not helmets built under license at other manufacturing facilities.
We are offering the Rabintex ACH series in two colors: Flat Dark Earth and Olive Drab. These are the two most popular colors of helmets. If you want another color, we will custom order it, but a rattle can paint job will take care of it. They are pre-drilled with either single or three hole patterns to accept NVG shrouds.
Each Rabintex ACH Helmet includes a Team Wendy Zorbium Action Pad (ZAP) NSN Retrofit Kit, including seven #6 (3/4″
standard issue pads and a four-point chin strap harness. Team Wendy ZAP Pads are standard issue and exceed U.S. Army spec for impact protection. The pads are held in place by Velcro disks, allowing users to configure them where most comfortable.
