Really pleased with RCBS

So I was reloading over the weekend and I stuck a shell. In the process of getting it out I snapped my decapping pin. I called RCBS as soon as they opened this morning and asked what the cost would be for a replacement. To my surprise I was told that was a warranty item and they would send it free of charge. It is great to see a company stand behind their products like that.

No doubt RCBS CS rocks. That being said a couple of spare decapping pins stashed with your reloading stuff will save time and aggravation. Not to mention the cost is minimal.
