OK I am being serious because I don't know the answer to this. When looking for Remington actions, are there right and left handed actions , or are just the bolts different ?

There are left handed bolts and they are specific to left handed actions. The same goes for right handed actions. Not all models will have lefty versions though, so make sure what you get is specifically left handed if thats what you in the market for.
