Recreating 7N1, some recommendations

I've been trying to recreate 7N1 in ways more available than the original. I know I'm not going to get the mild steel tip, so what I need to make happen is find a similar weight and BC bullet to use. Specifically, my goal is make a load that aligns better with the BDC turret of the PSO (Which is calibrated for 7N1.) Does anyone have any projectiles to recommend? Thanks.

BC: Hard to find consistent numbers, but around .402
Sectional density: 0.226
Velocity: 2700 FPS

No. That's 7N6 you're thinking of. This uses .311

I'm not a fan of FMJ bullets for accuracy, but off the top of my head,, the only thing that comes close is the Hornady 174 FMJ

I actually have used some of those, though I'm not sure about the performance. I wasn't having much luck at getting it to the right velocity either, critical for getting a similar arc to 7N1.
