Red Flag laws are repugnant to the constitution. They do not allow repurcussions on the accuser. All it is, is a way to SWAT someone.
Was that the cop in Phoenix that shot this guy cause he allegedly tried to reach in the bag on the floor? It was a result of a call from someone who said he was pointing an air rifle out the window of a hotel; wasn’t it?
If that’s the situation that I’m thinking of; the cop was tried and acquitted of murder.
From what I read of the case I would have voted for a conviction. This cop had a history of excessive force. He was just waiting for the day to shoot someone.
Correct me if I’m wrong on that.
