Ok, been loading a pretty long time but am not that familiar with high quality throwers like the 3BR. I bought one. , got all the little goodies for it( stand , clamp ect...) Been playing with it for a while and I must say I'm VERY impressed. Throwing 42 grains of IMR 4064 was amazingly accurate as I was checking it with an A&D FX120i lab scale. Well when powder got to the baffle and below it started throwing very erratic weights. Is there any way to resolve this or do I just need to keep pouring in powder before it reaches the baffle.

You can play around with the baffle height...it exists to keep the powder load weight consistent into the measuring chamber. A little up or down may (but only MAY) prove to be better than the factory setting. When it gets below the baffle, the decreasing volume increases the variation of the content of the measuring chamber.
