Reloading Component and Equipment Purchases

I need some info from you guys...

I'm having a hard time finding information about purchasing components in the US. I'm Canadian and I'll be heading south of the border in a while and I'd REALLY like to be picking up some stuff that is hard to come by up here.

Am I able to even buy components? Are there any special requirements/restrictions?

Can I buy reloading equipment?

Cash and carry. No residency requirements for reloading equipment. Bringing your purchases back to Canada...I don't know.

I've seen age restrictions posted at a shop here and there, but never been checked. Probably just to keep kids from buying powder for other purposes. That would have to be shop restrictions since its not everywhere.

I purchased all my reloading equipment on line from US .
I only have to pay the taxes when I pick them from the post
office.
I recently received 1000 SMK 175 that I bought from a member
here on the hide and I found them on my front porch.
I'm not sure about primers and gun powder.
