Whats the best way to remove old bedding material from a stock?

I would like to know this as well. A rifle stock I purchased had been previously bedded so the barrel was straight in the channel...enough said, I want to re-do it and do not want to gouge the composite material.

I would say a Dremel is probably the best way to remove bedding material from existing stock. Go easy and take your time and you will see were the bedding ends and stock begins.
