Gunsmithing Reshape a B&C A2 Tac Stock?

I bought a B&C A2 for my rifle and want to router the fore-end on it. Is the material such to where I can shape it?

I just sanded mine down a little past where I wanted it. Then used marine-tex to smooth it out. Then 1 final sand and texture and paint.

Good idea. I am not a fan of the fore-end shape, so I want to sand it down and shape it to look more like a manners. (don't roll your eyes)

Wow! That looks great! That gives me hope because my wife was getting sick of catching me "cheating on her" (spending $ on guns without asking). I explained to her, that if I asked, she would say no anyway, so I had to do it behind her back

A router with a round over bit is how I did mine. Filled any voids with this.

Sands easy and can be purchased at most automotive supply shops

I like the router idea. I planned on trying that first and then filling and sanding after. I'll read up on tha filler. I hate to use all my Devcon on the filling aspect.
