Has anyone had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with this outfit?
About a 14 months ago I called and asked if they could process 2000 .223 cases for me. Nikki said sure but it might take 3 months to get them back. I was in no hurry so I packed them up and sent a check with the brass. Well six months go by and I try calling and no answer and a recording memory is full. I let another month go by and same thing. Recording memory is full. Now a year has gone by and I get to leave a voice mail. About a week later I get a call from Nikki saying my brass is done they have been waiting for payment. I told her I sent a check but they can not find it. I check my old records and as far as I can tell it was not cashed. Again after two weeks of calling I leave her a message to call me for a credit card. She calls back and I give her the credit card info. A week later she bills me on the 22nd March and today is April 12th no brass.
Is there any LEO's out in Harvester MO who would like to pay her a visit?? Any ideas on how to get my brass out of this sorry place?
Forget emails.. I've sent tons..
Here is her address if anyone out there can do anything..

Re: River Valley Ordnance

Ever since Tom Died his wife has struggled to keep the business going . I tried getting ahold of them for months to purchase some stuff last year before finding out he had passed .

Re: River Valley Ordnance

After 23 months, the better business bureau, and the Postal Inspector (who did nothing for me), I received an email today!:

"Your brass is finally processed and ready to come home. Sorry for delay. We appreciate your patience as the lady who helped run machines for 15 yrs. got brain tumor and then died, so this past year has been screwed up.

Anyway, we're trying to get back to "normal", whatever that is anymore. Please forgive us for delay and mix ups."
