Looking at gas guns POF sells some of their uppers in NP3. It works great, if you like the color.
Another great option would be to NP3 the bolt ang have Robar apply their Poly-T2 to the action. Both finishes have Teflon in them. I imagine it would result in a very slick bolt travel.

I have an older POF with NP3 on the BCG and inside the action, and the outside is black. I wonder how they did that ?!?
