I'm surprised she did not get an award from Planned Parenthood or the Dems.

Makes sense that she has no useful purpose on earth. So lets pay 100-200 grand a year to keep her in prison for 40-50 years.

Pretty soon the Dems will be paying folks 100 g's a year not to commit crimes. Dem Logic, its cheaper than prison. My Logic, a 25 cent round of .45 auto is even cheaper than that.

My bet is that even if you paid the criminal element 100k per year not to commit crimes, they would still go out and commit crimes. Possibly even a bit more violent crimes.

That being said, if you took the total amount in this country (federal, state, local) spent from top to bottom on both Welfare & other handouts as well as spent on the prison system (top to bottom including all parts such as administration, people employed by the government to do paperwork etc, caseworkers.)
I'd bet that total cost divided by the amount of Citizens / legal residents would be a number that might surprise many.

Some cities in CA are doing that now, but the numbers I've heard were $1,000/mo if I remember correctly.
