This is what I found but can't vouch for the quality. http://www.hi-luxoptics.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=24&Itemid=39 I know Weigand makes Ruger to Weaver adaptors for 10/22, M77/22 but I don't see one for the M77 rifles. Burris makes a two-piece Weaver adaptor: http://www.burrisoptics.com/bases.html You could use the Burris Signature ZEE 30mm rings (w/ inserts) to get the canted base effect.
