Gunsmithing Sako quad bolt handle modification

Greetings,

Kind of looking for a gunsmith to do a mod. Basically I want to run the area 419 bolt knob on my Sako quad. I see everyone does a Sako quad bolt knob/handle all in one, but no one makes an "adapter"

So basically I'm looking for a gunsmith that can take this:

Home it down smooth and thread it so it will take this (in any thread pitch that the Smith would prefer):

419 Bolt Knobs

419 Finger Groove bolt knob

If anyone knows a Smith or is a Smith and would be willing to do it, let me know and shoot me a message. I'm not worried about the finish because I cerakote myself.
