This will be my first suppressor. I think I have it narrowed down to the Gemtech Sandstorm or a SAS Arbiter.

I'm a rec. shooter thats main goal is to maintain good accuracy and not piss off the neighbors (quite ranks high). I live in MI so 1000yrd shots are WAY out of the question. Anything else I should be looking at?

Wants:
30cal
accurate
quite
great CS
Ti would be nice

I really like the looks of the SAS TOMB as it will go on a 308 and .223
This will probably be my one and only can ever. Just want to make sure I'm looking in the right direction.

since MI is new to suppressors and I have never even hears a can I'm pretty much wing'n it.

Now is a good time to get a thunder beast 30p-1 for a pretty good price over in the group buy section. People seem to love them. I'm ordering one now but don't have any firsthand experience with them.

SAS has an incredible price on their titanium suppressor- so it is definitely the titanium budget can. The Thunderbeast suppressor has a great fan base, is a great performer, and is a bit more expensive. The Thunderbeast guys are nice people which oddly seem hard to find in the suppressor industry.

We have a better deal for a stainless and inconel suppressor in the form of our RSTA which is $850 including the Mount adaptor and a $200 NFA Tax reimbursement.

That compares to $1150 with the SAS TOMB option, which is probably the additional cost of the the titanium material.

If you decide you don't want Ti and would like a user serviceable take apart .30cal can consider the Thompson Machine Thirty at $559.99 plus $15 shipping to your FFL/SOT.

They are thread on only right now, but you could use an adapter for .223. It will also be .300WM rated in about a week or so.
