Hey guys, Recently bought a Savage 10pc and im wondering if anyone has made a DBM setup to accept G3 mags? and if not,...know anyone that would be interesting in making one? Or is there a specific reason that you cannot use g3 mags in a bolt gun?
I have a PTR and a vector 51 and have a stockpile of 50+ g3/hk91 mags already, Alot have been gone through with leveling followers etc. and im wondering if it would be more price efficient and convienent to just have a custom DBM setup made.
Any input? i was originally planning on dropping it into a McRee chassis, but after slinging around big target guns for the last few years I am quickly growing fond of the stock,
The gun isnt an actual 10pc, i guess they had a couple special runs for dicks sporting goods, essentially the same but with a fluted 20" barrel and what i think is the HS precision stock with a short forearm, but it does not say HS precision anywhere so im not sure
