Any other options that actually have different sizes besides Mystery Ranch? Eberlestock packs are made for midgits and I would trash one of them in a year. Nimrod looks just as cheap. Hill People doesn't seem to have anything but small stuff. Kirafu makes good stuff but I don't like there gun bearer and prefer a scabard type. Before I drop $750 or more on a pack wanna explore all the options ... or should I just stop lookin and order up a Mystery Ranch and move out?

I'm 6'6" and the Mystery Ranch fits great. They custom fit right at their shop. Of course, they are located in the town I live in so it's easy for me. Since you are relatively close in Idaho, it might be worth a trip over and have them fit it for you. Great packs by the way.

Im 6'5 and tried a X3 and moved the shoulder straps to the top adjustment and the waistband was still on my ribs.
Guess this summer ill have to jump on the road glide and ride over to Bozeman and get fitted. Unfortunate that It will require a road trip ride in the mountains ...

Went with a Mystery Ranch Alpha Overload ... nice pack ... only had it out once so far. Will post up more thoughts after I abuse it a while. Really like the adjustable yoke on the Nice frame ... properly fitted its like a glove.
