I continue the search for this elusive scope. I'd like to turn knobs and have decent glass. I'm not expecting NF or PST or SIII performance. I have four rifles that I'd like to top with the same scope for familiarity, 1 22lr bolt, 1 10/22, 1 22mag semi, and 1 17hmr bolt.
So far, Konus M30 6.5-25x44 is a candidate. mil/mil, turrets, side focus down to 10m. I had an older model ~8 years ago and it wasn't as nice as my upper level scopes, but it was pretty decent for a budget scope and it might work just fine on a rimfire.
Anyone have 1st hand experience with the newest models?
Any other similar candidates?
Use is mostly at the range trying to shoot small groups at 50-200 yards, occasionally squirrel hunting etc. ie. cheap practice vs my centerfires. (yes I have ammo for the rimfires
