When you mount a new scope on rifle, with how many moa or clicks in my case(.5cm@100mters), can the windage to be out if the windage was set to the center so that you have the same clicks left and right.
I don't think it really matters if you are working with a mil or moa reticle.
So long as you don't wind up near a stop on either side when the rifle is sighted in.
Most folks I know dial elevation and hold for windage corrections.
Whether the reticle is centered in its travel doesn't really matter much in that case.
