Here you go bro, these guys are near me and they'll ship. Rochefort Trappist 10 This place is incredible. If ever make it down San Diego way you have to check out the main Stone brewery in Escondido, and Holiday Wine Cellar in Escondido. Don't forget to go downstairs to the secret wine tasting room. Wife approved. The beer selection there will make your head spin. I'm sure you know what you're doing, but as a general warning to people who normally drink Bud, this stuff is probably not going to be drinkable. It's the sort of thing that one builds up a taste for, IMO. And at eleven point something in alcohol content, treat as wine as far as drinking and operating machinery goes.

Don't forget, they just opened their second brew pub down in Liberty Station (old historic NTC). They've got a few brews down there that are only sold there...worth the trip if you have the time (I live near the Escondido one, but work in LS, so I've gotten spoiled I guess). :) They don't have the sunken Japanese gardens like Esco, but the outdoor section is pretty nice (takes up the whole end of three barracks buildings).

As the old Warsteiner advert used to say, "Life is too short to drink cheap beer."

The new Stone restaurant is very well done. The buildout of the space was well designed and executed. The one acre patio is well appointed with a variety of water features and more importantly a large bar that serves a wide variety of beers. While I like many is the Stone brews some if my friends do not. The bar usually has a wide variety of beers on tap from many other breweries and even more by the bottle. The food selections are not as wide ranging as a large chain restaurant but I have always been able to find a few things that sound good on the menu which changes periodically and the quality has been quite good.
