Cartmann was not planning to go to the range this past weekend, but a special Operator was in town and she wanted to go shooting for the first time.

Cartmann is pretty much bored of guns, but he LOVES taking new Shooters out and seeing them have a big grin on their face.

Here she is watching our flanks from zombie attacks while some of us were on the firing line.. she had her Hello Kitty Ammo bag with her to make sure she had a enough ammo

This Operator is 6 years old. Cartmann decided to bring the Raiderzzz-Umarex-22-with-ACOG-with-TAC65-Silencer. She loves shooting this rifle (supported of course), and she loves the ACOG! Said it is much clearer than her Hello Kitty Bino's she brought with her.

After very little coaching, she was able to put eyes and a nose on our ghost target (25 yards)! She was also dinging a 10x18" Gong at 220 yard gongs! with the same .22LR-Raiderzzz-Umarex-Rifle

Look at the Trigger Discipline!

She was also pretty good with the P22 Pistol! Though it took her a long time to learn how to shoot it, and she did not like holding the gun up because it got heavy for her after awhile.

Awww mann... what happened to the trigger discipline?

Spotting for her Pops, who was shooting the Raiderzz FAL. ACOG much better with the ACR Stock on the Raiderzzz FAL!

I have known her pops since our Little League and Pop Warner Days, we also played HS football together. He was offered a D1 Scholarship in Football. Here is pops shooting the Raiderzzz FAL offhand at 200 yard gongs. As you can tell, he is not as GOOD LOOOKIN as Cartmann, and did not age as well as Cartmann.. and did not keep his lean and trim Body as Trim and Lean as Cartmann.

Awesome, I love introducing new shooters to the sport as well. Hopefully she gets to do a "What I Did for Summer Vacation" essay when school picks back up and mentions this!

Get me started early! Can't think of a better way to spend $50 than box of 22s for a little one.

Ryan

yeah it's crazy .22 boxes go for $50 now! I sold about 10,000 rounds 6 months ago at about $25 per box. I bought these when it was only $10 a box and still have a whole bunch left. But at $50 a box replacement cost, I have to make sure I shoot them slowly. Also she only shot about 200 rounds that day, so we did not use the entire box.

This is pretty damn awesome. The best way to protect our rights and sustain our hobby is to continuously introduce new shooters in a safe and fun manner. Nicely done!

The half brick my daughter is shooting now is the first one I have bought since the days of the $10 bricks too. She has about 1/4 of it left and even at $50 I will buy another to keep her at the range with me.

Aside from keeping her with me for more hours, it gives her a confidence to know that she can master something that is dominated by boys. She was disappointed she couldn't hit 1" bullseye at 50 yds with my raging bull 454 using 45 colt reloads for cowboy action shooting. I had a hard time convincing her that was an unrealistic goal at this point in here shooting career. I love it.
