As a fellow Alabamian I concur. I liked Sessions as our Senator, and as one of the first to support Trump, I was encouraged to see him appointed as AG. I expected great things. Then, on Day 1 He recused himself and has been MIA ever since. He is a traitorous, incompetent POS whose performance baffles me. I have to believe that the Left has him over a barrel on private, personal issues. Either that, or he was a really good double agent for the other side (highly unlikely based on past performance). There really aren’t many other explanations. If you really want to get right down to it, the loss of the House in this election could be traced directly to his recusal. Right before I read this post and replied, I had just mentioned to my wife that if I ever happen to run into Sessions in real life she may be embarrassed because I WILL take the opportunity to make certain he knows even the finest details of my opinion of him.

Id like to see someone that is already established in the private sector and wont be intimidated by politicians or concerned about his pension.

Whitaker has been a bureaucrat and lives on a salary. He doesnt look that old and will need work 6 years from now when Trump is out of office.
