Shot Stop Armor experience?

Looking for some lighter weight armor. Considering the Shot Stop duritium III+ PA or maybe GT2
Seems to be a qood quality, but I'm not in the know, so looking for advice/ opinions.
Any other suggestions are welcome.

I bought a set of level IIIa+PA plates in 2018, have ZERO complaints about them other than the initial price. These are installed in a Velocity Scarab LT carrier, swimmers front with ESAPI rear, multicurve on both. Can't even tell that the plates are installed, which translates into carrying more ammo and water.

It is too good to be true. I was eyeing that stuff a while back until I realized it won’t stop m193 or 855. The higher velocity rounds will zip right through.

I just chatted with them, that armor will not stop green tip 62 gr, which is common now.

People trying to bargain shop no name unproven item that is the difference between life and death just proves natural selection has failed.

There are good known manufactures who produce wide arrays of available armor that is proven.

Would you jump out of a plane with a parachute made in China or North Korea?
