Missouri nullifies all laws infringing on 2ndA

Supremacy Clause not withstanding, just the noncooperation, and criminalization of enforcement creates a clusterfuck for the Feds. I have it on excellent authority that the votes are there and it will pass. Not saying that this law would stand up in SCOTUS, but as long as it does stand it makes it really difficult for the Feds to harass us. I wonder if people will actually defy the NFA...?

If same sex marriage stand up, the nullification effort should stand up... I gotta say though,,, the slave states used nullification like the dems are using sanctuary city's to keep undermining the Constitution which ended up in our bloodiest war,, so its a slippery slope... I am okay going down that slope, just be aware.

Interestingly enough the Federal Government seems not to mind much if you "nullify" federal law on certain drugs.

My guess is they want to claim that the government has the right to decide what laws to let slide and not based on their whims.

As optimistic as I'd like to be, I don't ever see the NFA being abolished. There's simply too much money and control involved for the government to just do away with it.

When corporate personhood went through, I wanted to sue to marry my job because it's a long-standing tradition and I want the tax benefits.

Unfortunately my lawyer wouldn't take the case.
