Ok, so as some of you may recall, in 2015 there was a woman that worked for the NRA or had ties with them, named Butina. Supposedly she was a Russian operative trying to influence the election through the NRA. And she has apparently pleaded guilty to such things. I call bullshit. I’m not fan of the NRAs gathering money schemes but the way they are being demonized by the gov and the media right now just plays into the antis handbook. It’s apparently the route they are going to take to bring down the NRA and it’s memebers so it would seem. Thoughts on this? I still think the entire Russia thing is a big scam. They’ve been investigating for two years now and all of a sudden within the last two months they’ve had the biggest breaks on the case branching out all kinds of ways, right after people called them out on not having any evidence. It’s complete BS. If they expect me to believe that Putin would rather have Trumk in office over Hilary then they must be on some serious drugs. Putin could have done whatever the fuck he wanted with HRC in office, she’d have made it easy for him. Trump would be the exact opposite. It makes no logical sense.

They've got the goods. She's a NOC. She did it. She's guilty. That Moscow totally disowns her is evidence in itself.

That said, she actually accomplished nothing. I'm quite sure Feinstein's ChiCom, spy, driver was way more valuable and gave way more secrets than this pitiful piker.

    Why did she plead guilty?

Werebthe financial transactions and communications between Butina and her handler all faked?

What makes you think Trump is more of an opponent to Putin's oligarchy than Clinton, given how Trump talks about admiring him, considering him a friend, the private meetings he's had?

At a certain point it's time to consider that the requirements for the conspiracy massively outweighs the feasibility of the conspiracy.

Brilliant as usual. Clinton would have talked shit, and made leftist cretins like you gleeful at how "tough" she is, and she would aid and abet his ambitions with her actions (like selling our fissile material to his cronies). Trump strokes him with words, and hammers him with our official policy. But, that's what being a post modernist means. Appearances are all that matter, and you create your own reality. Arguing with people like you is less than pointless. It makes all of us stupider.

Lol. You’ve already described yourself as a postmodernist, and I absolutely agreed with you. Totalitarian fucks like you can’t be negotiated with or accommodated. You are an enemy of civilization and must be cut out dispassionately, like a surgeon cuts out a cancer.

That's not what postmodernism means. Also, no fissile material was sold to Russia under Uranium One, it was a transfer of a part ownership of a company.

I don't know why y'all keep repeating an easily debunked lie.
You obviously can't seem to see that the entirety of the "Russia collusion" witch hunt is just theater.
Who at the state department OKed the sale of this strategic material?

It doesn’t matter @Rthur, he believes he creates his own reality and his own morality. It’s a super dark and evil philosophy that leads to all manner of horrors. There is no position or atrocity he can’t justify, because for him there is no objective truth, only his perception.
Postmodernism is the serial murderer of philosophy, and retards like him sit in class and don’t understand their professors teach this as an exercise in divergent thought, not as in a real philosophy to be applied to real life.

Since when is the NRA a single entity?

The NRA is nothing but the sum of its membership.

If you demonize the NRA you demonize the 6-7 million members.

    Ill accept that mantle.

fixed it for you. :) The old " look over here at what I want you to see, because I don't want you looking over there at what we're really doing behind-the-scenes. So that you don't see the reality of the situation. Continue to stay here, and wail against the rain about what you can do nothing about. Except feel REALLY bad about the rain.

Rain is evil and must be banned.

It's not a witch hunt, because it keeps getting convictions, related both to the president, the organization he refuses to divest himself of, and the illegal money laundering and whatnot with Russia.

Again, strategic material wasn't sold. The state department certified such. It was a transfer of partial ownership of a mine.
Entrapment doesn't stand the smell test.
If we had an impartial investigative process I could maybe believe this bullshit.
Nice word play, what is in that mine?...
So Bill Clinton gets 500k giving a speech to "Russian investment Banks"
Clinton Foundation receives 145 Million traced to the Uranium deal.
I'm sure Bill has some great pussy banging stories but it seems to be quid pro quo.
Where was the "Russian bogeyman investigation" when this all went down?

    Hi,

You may want to check just how much "Ownership" they were granted. So you are saying that someone having voting rights on the BOD does not have "subject matter" details? How in the hell do they know what they are voting on then?

To answer you question for you....I have been involved in more than a few International cases where we brought sanctions against individuals for less.
I do this shit for a living (International ITAR violations and sanctions), not reading from the news.

    Sincerely,
    Theis

No, ownership of stock of a company does not grant you unfettered access to controlled information. Again, buying stock in Boeing doesn't mean I have access to the designs of the F22.

I'm glad so many people are learning new things today.
Rosatom has full ownership of Uranium One.
BTW- Guess who their founder was...Lol

Is this the time to post that pic of the Murragh office building after McVeigh got done with it?

Yes, I'm saying that controlled information is not disseminated to shareholders just because they hold a share.

Take note, the person claiming fissile material was sold will not admit that was wrong, the House investigation (Republican controlled House) found no evidence of wrongdoing, and the federal prosecutor appointed under Trump also found no wrongdoing.

Now compare that with the convictions of Flynn, Manafort, Cohen, Butina, and more. Which one looks like a conspiracy, and which one is turning up actual evidence of criminal activity?
5% is often enough to exert control over who is CEO and CFO. As usual you haven’t the slightest idea what you’re talking about, and HRC did nothing wrong because Comey exonerated her. Nope. Cut out like a cancer. ;)

Not only am I guilty of wrongthink, I spread subversive libertarian ideas to compound my crimes against the overstate. I’m definitely one of the first people on Avi’s kill list when he and his friends usher in another socialist paradise.

As of late I’m of the opinion that politicians really have only a moderate effect on the way things are done and we wrongly give them too much credit. Instead it is the various business entities and endless layers of bureaucrats that actually make shit go and whathaveyou.

You have effectively described the Deep State.

Obama unionized a shit ton of positions held by his people to further entrench a bureacracy loyal to government not the people.

Thing is he is not the only one nor is his party the only one that works for government expansion not the people.

It really does seem to me that some republicans have done a 180 lately. I couldn't imagine kowtowing to the Russians. Regan must be rolling in his grave.

    Hi,

Now get this in regards to Russia!!!

We all know and hear about the sanctions on Russia, specific companies (no matter where they are located), specific individuals (no matter where they are located), etc etc.

BUT guess what Odumba did when he put the sanctions onto Russia in 2014...They specifically excluded Rosoboron Export from the sanctions.

Doesn't sound like much on the surface but Rosoboron Export is the State owned Military equipment exporter.
NO military equipment exports from Russia unless it goes through them.
So if we really wanted to punish Russia for Crimea invasion then why would we continue to let them export military equipment around the world lol?

But the House and DOJ investigations were under Trump, when Sessions was the AG. Is Loretta Lynch secretly still the AG?

Nobody's got any answer to all the convictions of Trump's personal lawyer, his business associates, campaign chairman...
She was the AG when she and slick Willy meet on that plane while his wife was under investigation........Do you really think all they talked about was trivial bullshit like the grand kids......at the very least can you admit it at least looked like a conflict of interest.......come on man at least give me that.....LOL

Are you kidding me? Please give me evidence that went to all of these convictions. Flynn pleaded guilty to lying because they made his life hell and the question was worded in such a way to trick him into lying as I recall. And it was technically a lie but about something stupid as I recall. Many people have lied to the FBI and aren’t in jail. I could give you a nice long list.

Please show me/tell me how this agent did anything with the NRA to somehow influence the outcome of the election. Why don’t they present the evidence to the people. That’s the only way I’m believing this crap.

As for secret meetings with Putin perhaps your memory is foggy but I recall Obama meeting with the man as well. There is nothing new about this.

Manifort confessed and was indicted on stuff not related to Trump. I can go on and on. If there was anything real other than theatre here then Trump would have already been removed from office. Hell for that matter the corruption could be so deep that how am I to trust that any of the evidence assuming it ever came out isn’t fabricated? Let’s be honest here, the gov has the resources to pin anything on anyone whenever they want, whether it’s true or not.

Exactly right SilentStalkr, theres no way of knowing what the truth really is. I think it has become so confused and convoluted that the truth is an impossibility. It is that way by design.

I surely am not going to throw my lot in with either side just on faith.

What were they convicted of? Which charges have anything to do with Trump campaign collusion with Russia? How long was Manafort associated with Trump's campaign?

Letting the AviCados of the world speak without rebuttal is why we are here.

@AviCado is full of shit for sure.

I ask him one question that he refuses to answer - Is it lawful for a secretary of state to run a private server and conduct her business of the People on it avoiding FOIA requirements. Is it okay to send classified on that server.

He wont answer or will redirect.

Ok, despite what Avicado thinks, I think we can all find common ground on the fact that, #1 all politicians lie and #2 the law seems to be selectively applied. The fact that the law is selectively applied should raise an eyebrow to everyone despite what side of the BS you are on. That’s the real issue that all of us should come together on. As I said earlier, it may get to a point where innocent people are made to look guilty all because someone wants you to look guilty. And since they use all of your money and have all of the resources good luck fighting that if we ever get to a day similar to Minority Report or worse. And you know who is under the scope right now of this overuse of power? Not the NRA, not Trump, not your momma unless she happens to be a gun owner. That’s right, I said it. They are using this theatre to demonize gun owners to draw more support for their BS. And the more we are demonized the more the uneducated voter will buy it. This is the end game. It’s time to quit arguing about stupid shit and mount an offensive. If you can’t see what is going on here, then Lord hell you and be with you when you are herded into the train car or thrown under the prison. Now everyone get to work. How can we fix this? @QuickNDirty has offered a solution, let’s see if we can’t get him more help of come up with even more ideas.

I have answered several times over. What you call "redirecting" is necessary because the question you asked is a leading question, akin to "have you stopped beating your wife yet?" It presupposes facts not in evidence in order to construct a false narrative.

    - Fact Clinton was an employee of the government when holding the position of secretary of state.
    - Fact the secretary of state is required to use govt communications to both capture the work done in the name of the people and ensure secure comms
    - Fact Clinton had her own personal server for comms and people knew she was conducting gov business on it. This was not sending a message through an email account service it was a complete private server system.
    - Fact the investigators let her do her own survey of her communications and provide to them what she believed to be govt comms - WHEN DOES THAT EVER HAPPEN?
    - Fact She scrubbed her server with bleach bit yet still classified was found on her server as was govt communications
    - Fact the "smartest most prepared" person in the world claimed not knowing of FOIA requirements despite extensive time in govt service.

No trick questions. Im leaving out additional info. Explain to me how she is exonerated?

Actually you are correct, since Boeing didn’t design the f22. That was Lockheed

Bullfucking shit, show me the convictions related to Russia and trump. Hell, cohens lawyer Lanny Davis (longtime clintonista) just publicly quashed the charge that Cohen met with Russians for trump.

What the fuck, why are we being overrun with liberals and Fudds?

And Boeing is now part of the team unfucking it, and the design material is still tightly controlled to need-to-know and compartmentalized.

    Hi,

You really should stick to what you absolutely know about..not what you "read" something about.
I can point you to no less than 1 dozen different companies between UAE and Saudi Arabia right this very minute that have those "compartmentalized" plans.
It is called International Joint Ventures.....this one just so happens to be that they are setting up a manufacturing facility for the F22 and F35 in Abu Dhabi and repair facility in Riyadh with both joint venture companies being 51% owned by local entity and the other 49% by USA entity.
Care to guess how many export licenses had to be approved for not only the subject matter but the manufacturing license agreements along with the companies that are allowed to ship parts/components from the repair facility to the manufacturing facility?
Just as the uranium deal should have been licensed.........

    Sincerely,

Yes but from what I read don't we want other nations to be fielding the F35?

    Hi,

    @AviCado
You do realize that Subject Matter is just as controlled by DDTC (In this situation) as if it were the Uranium itself right?
And owning part of a company would pretty much give me access to the subject matter right?

lol And here I thought you were going in large and selling him a 'fully loaded F22' just to prove a point. *whew* wiping sweat off brow...... :ROFLMAO:

Are we in agreement yet that no uranium was exported?

Can you demonstrate for us that controlled material was improperly disseminated? Because so far all you've done is agree with me that there are controls in place that are followed, and that you don't just get handed classified material because you bought shares in a company.
Uranium was exported, so find another tree to bark up on that one. https://thehill.com/homenews/senate...ses-nuclear-regulators-on-uranium-one-exports

    Hi,

And on top of that...the statement below from that article is completely FALSE:

“While the NRC controls exports from the U.S., it does not have any control over subsequent exports once uranium is outside the U.S. border. The DOE is integral to the decision-making process regarding any subsequent exports,” the letter said.

They RETAIN full export control. Nothing on any export license can be "re-exported" without the prior approval and license in which to do so. Not doing so violates the original export license in which the END USER is automatically put onto administrative disbarment pending further investigation and permanent sanctions.
