So why did Tillerson get fired, yet Sessions is still around?

2 questions, totally apolitical as I am basically just interested in what happened/why.

1 - Why did Tillerson get fired? I've read a few articles about him getting fired, but nothing actually said why or what it was that got him fired (if anything specific).

2 - How is the living fuck does Sessions still have a job? That guy is one of the most fucking useless people I've ever seen.

If he fires Sessions it looks like he is trying to interfere with the DoJ that is investigating him via Muller probe. Everyone screams Nixon and claims he is meddling and then calls for impeachment.

Republicans better get heads out of their asses before November. If House or Senate flip, the swamp wins forever,
