Someone murdered Charlie Kirk

According to the stills it changed size in flight, dipped down the back up over a few feet and would have exited his face for the bones can’t stop/deflect bullets folks

Let’s not forget the guy starts off telling us he not an expert in any of the subjects he’s so sure about.

"withheld" may or may not be any better word than "sealed".

In Utah autopsies are not public record.

Anything presented in court becomes public record unless the trial/court records are sealed.

The texts likely weren't so much "released" as they were presented in court becoming public record.

The texts were published in the initial court filing document. During the second court hearing, the judge made it clear that going forward, all parties are "prohibited" from disclosing information to the press, the public, or anybody else. That includes the prosecution, defense, court, law enforcement, FBI, etc. It's a media embargo.

So all anybody is left with is a bunch of social media ticks making up BS conspiracy theories for clicks and views.

OK. said my lawyerfu was weak.

Not really trying to pick on you. Just trying to intercept the next non-critical thinking conspiranut that thinks everything is a lie unless Alex Jones says it.

It's not like he's being an alarmist shill just to push product.

So stompyfeet…..

Thank god you have the “petulant child” end of this thread covered.

I would have been happy to continue ignoring you except for the very adult-like and classy parting shot insult in a separate post.

Keep throwing the insults. You suck at it but you're still better at that than actual content.

So let me make sure I understand- at least as far back as early 2000s SPLC would contact a group corporation or individual and say something to the effect of “we’ve created a dossier of your radical ideas/ beliefs/ activities and of you do t make a huge donation to us and kiss the ring we will be forced to hand this dossier over to federal and state authorities “

And then they did so if they did t get payed and the “offender” didn’t go on a tour of black small hat tranny gay ass kissing - Feds and local authorities would swiftly and bravely jump into action and surveillance on them , investigations wrote reoprts on them to send to other law enforcement agencies and or employers or perspective employers, all from a “black mail” dossier from a strong arm extortion group?

Cause I’ve been told for years that that was just a conspiracy theory

Ok…. While we are at it… anything or anyone lobbying for Ukraine.

And certainly Bloomberg and Everytown and Moms for taking guns.

Oh and then there is Pharma!

Really. Not being sarcastic!

Anyone collecting money to influence lawmakers needs to be clean as a whistle!!!

If it’s a group lobbying… it should have to post all its activities on a web page for all to see. Including internal e-mails. There should be NO privacy when it comes to Influence peddling.
None.

Agree, and in that vein...why are we allowing ANY lobbying? This whole 'buying lawmakers' process undermines the point of representative gov "of the people, by the people".

My senators and representatives are supposed to be legislating on MY (and other voters) behalf, not some other entities, foreign or otherwise.

Because lobbyists “are” us. And it’s a First Amendment Right to speak to and to petition the gummint as an individual or on behalf of people.

I don’t have time to go to Washington every two weeks to tell my representatives what’s on my mind.

But I can join organizations that will do it for me. Representing personal and professional interests. And when millions are in those organizations, they speak with some clout!

The problem arises when the lobbying is massively funded for issues that go against the wishes of the American people. Or go against their best interests in the pursuit of profits. Or represent an ideology that is counter to American Constitutional Republic laws (especially when it misleads its “members” with one message and its executives push another (AARP, Unions, AMA — all massively socialist and woke).

Though remember… when it comes to big business… with those profits come jobs, factories, tax revenue and economic strength as well as return for shareholders, who are also “the people.” But then it also can come with “let us pay slave wages, dump waste in rivers and it’s ok if those gas tanks explode or we get a few flipper kids for our miracle drug.”

I’m not against lobbying. It is one of the miracles of our system. I am against lobbying when it is huge money being used as a weapon against the best interests or the wishes of the vast majority of Americans. And when it buys votes. And when it is being hidden (ie all that USAID money and Green New Deal money and Covid Relief money was channeling back into one party’s coffers… and that one party was determined to fundamentally change America… by destroying it.

And this is not to say that tiny minority opinion should not be represented by lobbying. Heck, it should Especially be represented by lobbying in a republic. But when huge activist $$$ is making tiny minority opinion look like grassroots mass approval (astroturfing) it should be made clear to the American People and to our Representatives what it really is. So they can ignore it or shut it down as fraud.

That’s how transparency works. Or should work.

Ahh, the Greeks and their love of micro penises, making little dudes think they're normal for thousands of years.
Blasphemy…

Have you never heard of the Greek god “Maximus Erectus”?

The Greeks have been competing in this subject for millennia against the Chinese.

Look up Emperor Wong from the Hung Dynasty. 😳

Charlie Kirk was shot from behind by a low muzzle velocity .50 caliber PCP gun and nobody can prove me wrong. This is no longer a hypothesis.

It's all a fucking facre -- once agian. Very good breakdown of autopsy.... all leads to the conclusion Charlie Kirk died from the same kind of magic Kennedy bullet!

The autopsy is NOT public. Anybody claiming to have some insider knowledge about the autopsy details is a LIAR. And nobody from the Utah Medical Examiner's Office has divulged info to crackpot YT or Twitter personalities. They are prohibited from sharing that information under Utah law and due to a judge-ordered embargo under threat of literal jail time.

In what world would someone from the ME's office get on a phone and share autopsy details to social media influencers and risk their career, heavy fines, and possible incarceration?

The video says it's based on the "alleged official autopsy report". :p

Totally agree it's not public. Full disclosure, Utah law allows for the report to be given to an immediate relative, the descendants lawyer and the descendants doctor. The only one without a career on the line is the wife. It's not totally impossible it wasn't leaked but, as you already said, why to some utoob schmuck?

Whew! Good to know that any law threatening jail time wouldnt ever be broken.

I didn't watch the video, and it probably is trash but I hate to tell you that laws are broken everyday, all day that have the implications listed above. I mean, this whole thread is about a murder.

Well said. But it seems to me lobbying doesn't scale well. A lobby will always grow, and money (what makes them function) will always manipulate their actions...therefore, I'm saying the corruption is inherent in the process.

Do you think 100% transparency in funding is realistic? It would require politicians (trying to get rich) and lobbies (trying to make them rich) telling us exactly where all the money is coming from. Hiding the source of money is easier than hiding its existence all together.

Given the ease of communication today, could our representatives get back to actually speaking (phone, stream, town-halls in THEIR district/state, etc.) with their constituents instead of being busy getting wined, dined, vacationed, and their next campaign funded (another issue...term limits!) by said perpetually-corrupted lobbies leveraging their greed and desire to stay in office?

The first struggle is obviously finding a moral and ethical non-psychopath to elect...which highlights the real issue, that you and I are discussing subtle differences in fighting symptoms of the same disease.

I'm skeptical that someone at the Utah Medical Examiner's Office reached out to a nobody YouTuber with 158K followers, who posts about government conspiracy theories, to divulge confidential medical information—risking lawsuits, a lost job, fines, and jail, not to mention a possible MISTRIAL. Yes, people break laws. It's HIGHLY doubtful the information in that video is accurate (or any other video with similar BS).

Especially since that office is quite small. There are only 12 forensic pathologists. There is no hiding if you did something like that. And for what? So some nobody on Twitter/X can make a post about it?
