forming an opinion,not that mine would matter,is hard. conflicting reports,opinions,docs,usual media lies make that a problem,if it matters. to me:
is there good evidence that the iDF has been guilty of many atrocities in gaza/w.bank over the last several decades? for me that is an important issue.
if yes,then their (alleged) behavior there now is harder to justify.
if no,then what they are doing now is easy to understand.
israel has indeed been subjected to constant terror attacks-suicide bombing,raids,mortar & rocket attacks for many years. many citizens killed,injured.
that in a small,isolated,outnumbered,hated society would be expected to create universal hate for those responsible.
personally,if i had had friends,family,neighbors killed by muslim terrorist actions,i would be happy to see the extermination of the whole group who they were members of.
israel has been responsible for manipulating our pols,spying on us,at least 1 attack on our military.
bb faces jail time when/if this settles out. he is well known to be guilty of corrupt power grabs. would have been punished if 10/7 never happened. big protests against him just prior. he seems to be his own main concern in all this.
did idf know,ignore or help on 10/7 to create an excuse for action?
israel is a theocratic dictatorship similar to iran in many ways. it has one of the worst covid/vaccine abuse records on the planet.
the actions of the obiden regime actions are too familiar to the usual gov actions in manipulating our way into war; ww1,ww2,vietnam,iraq. flimsy excuses,lies and obfuscation,coercion have been the pattern here for > a century.
so,how to know and understand,what to believe,who to believe and what to do (haha for average useless,powerless citizen)?
my ideas,LOL? reestablish solid unbreakable energy independence. yea,thru petro products,some nuc and with research ONLY into fusion,alternative options. then leave mideast all together and of course fix the problems here,a long and separate discussion. let the europeans,russia,china deal with the rag heads.
anything we do about gaza shouldn't and won't have anything to do with solving the fact that we are now unsalvageably fucked here.
