Rifle Scopes Stiff Mark 4 M3 Dials

Took out the Remington for the first time in over ten years yesterday and could barely turn the elevation and windage dials and could barely feel the clicks. When I got home I turned both dial back and forth till I got a blister on my thumb, thought they would loosen up some but still hard to turn. Anyone got any suggestions??? Leupold Mark 4 M3 scope. Think my last post on this was in the wrong thread, sorry.

Your post made me check my Mark 4 M3 that's been sitting in my safe for awhile. Purchased it back in 92 and have used it off/on multiple platforms.

Guess what, the dials are real stiff as well.I'll be giving Leupold a call tomorrow to discuss returning it to them to get fixed.

Will keep you updated on my progress.

Spoke to LP customer service yesterday and they told me to send it back and they'll fix it under warranty.

So boxed it up and sent it out.

CS rep was knowledgable and decent to me.

Just thought I'd share the experience thus far.
