I’ll be blissfully ignorant of the Super Bowl’s existence. Picked up an OT shift at work.
Cooking ribs at the farm, drinking a little whisky and watching a camp fire burn. Fuck the super Bowl.
I watch damn near every game I can, I'm a football nut and I will continue to watch.
Fuck politics, sure but it's everywhere? My Mom is a big time demo, hates most guns but got to stay on her good side, don't want to miss out on the will. LOL. My brother is the same, hates Trump but not the 2nd, my uncles the few that aren't dead yet hate Trump, but don't think we should have anything but bolt actions and shotguns. I'm not going to hate people or hobbies I like
just because we differ on stinkin politics.

I have to say, I could give you patriotic and moral reasons not to watch, but the truth is that it just doesn’t interest me. I’ll watch the Super Bowl, but I really don’t GAF.
I fully support Colin Kaepernick, and was glad to see Nike stand behind him. It's unfortunate that those against him do not bother to listen to what he is saying nor care about trying to live up to the Constitution or Bill of Rights.

The NFL helped sucker the HOF into a fantasy park.
So far, the Canton City School district is on the hook for $54 million for the stadium.
Another 5 million in debt on returned tickets because the game was canceled but they haven't refunded the money.
Oh then they went behind the city's back,paid of someone in the park dept and bulldozed our ball fields and tennis courts to build a parking lot.
Original contractor split town with millions,park director of 39 years got fired and we spent untold millions a week before the game to have a local company finish the job
The Timken company has pulled out as a major sponsor because the Hall of Fame and the city of Canton broke a 90 year old agreement that park properties can NEVER BE USED to benefit a commercial endeavor.
But hey, we have five practice fields that cost $1.5 million each.
We also have a set of high tension electrical abortions that are supposed to look like goal post painted baby shit lime green that cost $1.5 million each puls installation.
They also bought up every building within a 8 block radius so the entire area looks like Fallujah
All their investors pulled out and nothing has been built in 4 years.
They are also getting sued by local contractors that HAVEN'T BEEN PAID since the stadium was completed 4 years ago.
The excuse is the wrong paint was used on the field

A reporter interviewed a gentlemen taking his two sons to that game and asked him why he was at the stadium.
He said he wanted his sons to see the last game before the billionaires (owners) fought with the millionaires (players).
That puts it in perspective.

F' the NFL. I have not watched a game since they publicly supported the kneeler and will not have it on in my home. They can slide the way of the Dodo bird into history along with the NBA and baseball for all I care. We invented football. It can and will eventually be replaced if it goes away. (I do watch college ball still, give us a playoff system and who needs the kneeling football league?) The entire organization, from the top down, supported that disrespectful behavior from the beginning. Only AFTER it looked to be monetarily harmful did they put out a policy.
