Gunsmithing Stiller TAC338 & Seekins Lapua DBM

Stiller TAC338 repeater and Seekins Lapua 3.900" DBM.

Does this combination work? In a McMillan A5. For a 338LM Improved 40 project.

Need the much appreciated info to make a final decision on a choice of bottom metal.

the seekins DBM is what you should be using if you dont want to be contrained by Mag length. If you used AICS mags you will likely be short throating or jumping a bit to the lands

Those 2 fit and do the job though right? Is there any milling or "inletting" that has to be done to the Stiller TAC338?

Those two fit correctly, and are my first choice for a 338LM
