Stock questions for a budget build

So I have a Remington 700 SPS Tac coming in for a budget build. At this point the rifle is going to be a hunting focused rifle. However I'd like to swap out the stock first thing. I'll be doing a trigger upgrade down the road, but right now the focus is the stock.

EGW 20moa base, ARC for rings, Vortex for optics.

For stocks I've come to two opposing options:

KRG Bravo or Stocky's VG2 with M5 inlet.

I like the adjustability of the Bravo as I won't be the only person on the rifle and it has been reviewed highly.

I like the weight aspects of the VG2, and would like to install a Loggerhead (I know the STS model exists but the VG2 is available for a comparable price to the Bravo and enjoy doing as much of my own work as possible.)

I just haven't seen many reviews of the VG2, although the ones I have seen are good.

Any input on either of the stocks mentioned?

And for the record I have a good time behind a manners, McMillan, HS, and AI chassis but those are not options.

Any input regarding the list options would be much appreciated.

Quite a few people seem to really like the Bravo, and I may end up snagging one of if I build a rifle here soon.

Dont overlook Grayboe; they seem to have some stocks at reasonable prices that would look very good on a hunting rifle. I think the model is the Terrain.

I just built on a whiskey 3 (same backbone as the bravo). Everything went together perfectly as I would expect, and it’s been performing excellently. I really enjoy the modularity of the forends and spigots and such.

Thanks everyone for the replies. I'm gonna go with the Bravo as based on the replies it's just appearing to be more modular for growth. But the VG2 with M5 stealth in a few color options and (blemish) are on sale via stockys right now. Listed for $499 but $399 plus tax and shipping through the bargain section if anybody reads this and is interested.

I picked up a takeoff Bergara HMR with their al “mini chassis” out of the PX. They can be had for $200-$250 if you watch. This fit my needs for a budget trainer.

I ended up with a Bravo from Chris/Snyder Precision. Great to work with definitely recommended. I'm definitely going to pick up odds and ends through the forum as needed.

back before the economy tanked i was thinking about the GRS stocks...brownells has a bunch for sale, some were in the $400 range some in the $500 range
