No, I didn't just call you. It was a scammer spoofing numbers using my number you fucking moron.

Edit: I'm not talking about scammers calling me, which they do often, I'm talking about actual people returning the scammers call, but my phone number.

    Spoofing.

Were they trying to reach you regarding your vehicles extended warranty? 😝👍🏻
Hello. I'm calling you from the credit card company. You car's extended warranty has expired and you or a member of your family has won a vacation from the national brain association.

Please press 1 if you would like to be removed from our list even though we won't remove you. Press 2 if you want to extend your credit card's extended warranty. To cuss vigorously at a human being who should know better, press 3 now.

The "gubment" was supposed to implement (actually require carriers to do so) shaken and stirred to stop this BS.....but as usual, they either wrote the spec wrong, didn't pass it in congress or some other lame excuse...or perhaps the innovation of spammers exceeds civil service spec writers.

I get a few pretending to be IRS or something and if I don't call back their issue a arrest warrant. Thing is, people actually fall for this.
