In these days of poor service from all sorts of companies I was amazed at the service I got from Clay Mitchell at Rifle Basix. I have an old trigger that wasn't working so I dropped them a quick email relating the problem and requesting an RMA for service. Within the hour Clay sent me an email asking for my address and model number saying he would send a new one out that day. I was to return the old one and that was it. I got the new trigger 2 days later. That is service. I'm sure other companies we deal with would also show that they are happy to have our business. But this was very unexpected.
