Looks like too much fun! Also makes me want to jump on gunbroker and drop the 20 g's on a transferable m16...

Its an M16 folks, if it was just an open 3 prong, if it was a bird cage it would look like that. If it had NO comp on it it would look like that. 3 round burst? Anybody notice anything unusual about the flame/gas exiting the brake? Thats right...it jets forward, not rearward. Its designed for the can to function, not for the best braking. If the idea is to post for feedback and appreciation. I appreciate the posting, the feedback is more recoil present, not less. The issue is a straightforward one, QD requires the gas jets go forward, flash hide..yes, great recoil reduction? no.

Rolling Thunder, the OP did use a muzzle break, and that one is particularly effective.

However the Surefire MB556k is rather loud. I have used it on a couple of AR15s and each time ended up going back to the flash hider mount.
