+1, I saw S&B, Mcmillan, Surgeon......I was like, what do you mean budget build.

Great build though, some of the best parts money can buy. Lets see how she performs.

As everyone else has said, I think the word "budget" means something completely different to the OP than it does to the rest of us. Still, great looking build. (I really like the $270 budget bipod...)

A Surgeon 591 build what a cheap ass. You pulled out all the stops in my opinion. A superbly built rig

You must be the owner of the house we just built. Started as a $50,000 remodel, we wound up tearing the whole friggin 1995 house down, and building a $1.2 million House. Owners words "What the F? It's only money right?" I'm in the wrong business, and all my Smithed 700 builds, feel ashamed now. Nice stick though, just not in my Budget.
