Surgeon Scalpel .308 pics

Today was the culmination of my big Welcome Home from Iraq/Never Going Back to Iraq present to myself. This is the first time since 2001 I'll have the time to dedicate to shooting my own gun a decent amount. I bought this lightly used Surgeon from another Hide member and got a great deal and even better service from Scott at Liberty Optics on the scope. All I am waiting on is a Larue STOMP mount, an Insight MRDS, and a dry day to shoot it.

We'll see when I get the STOMP. Either one should fit the PVS-22 up to the OBJ with about the same clearance. I want the STOMP more as a roll-cage for the scope and a place the mount an MRDS. I liked the one I used to have at work a lot.
