Swivel Stud -> Picatinny Rail

Considering to get an atlas bipod, for which i'd need a rail. Considering that i have a wooden stock, i'd have to add the rail now ... only got one stud at the front and need to keep a stud for the sling.

currently i'm looking at the Blackhawk Swivel Stud Picatinny Rail Adapter but i'm not sure whether it will fit on my round stock front.

Any ideas/suggestions? Thanks

You can always use some bedding to mate the surfaces together. Devcon Steel Putty works wonders!!

Three trees; I found the Shooters Ridge Swivel Top Picatinny Rail Adaptor part number 105-STR- 99530 that I got from mountplus.com. I am going use it mount my Altas bipod to my Crusader that I am picking up tomorrow.
The ten day wait period in CA ends on the 27th.

The only difference is the 105-STR-99530 doesn't have the sling swivel. Mounts Plus has it for $10.99.

ThreeTrees; The Shooters Ridge Swivel Top Picatinny Rail Adaptor works great. I was really east to install and works great with Atlas BT10-LW17. If you need the BlackHawk Swivel Stud Picatinny Rail Adaptor you get the 105-BH-71RA00-BK, which gives you another swivel mount. It sures beats drilling holes in your stock.
