As mentioned in some of my earlier posts I am getting ready to have my first tactical rifle built. I have done all of my research and pretty much picked my smith but then I was told what a great rifle Texas Brigade Armory builds. Anyone have one of their rifles if so any comments you would like to share? Thanks David

Most of the responses you will get will probably involve some sort of swearing. Lau's wait times and customer service / dialog is often lacking. However he DOES build a hell of a rifle.
I have had a Lau gun for a long time. It has thousands of round through it and still shoots lights out. If you have the patience, go for it.

While Jon hasn't done any work for me, I have communicated with him some and he is great. The rifles I've seen that he has built have been really nice. Good choice.

Mike has been training his son for several years now. My guess is that he is quite competent by now. Mike built an M40A3 for me a couple of years ago. The wait was very long (just over a year), but it was worth it. This rifle is fabulous. He guarantees 1/4 MOA and it delivers.
