Who knows, man. I've heard some wild stories from LEO around these parts about people that fucked up majorly getting off with really light sentences because of liberal activist judges. He might just get probation for being misunderstood.
There is always the chance that he might "go for a deputy's gun" when they extract him from his cell one day and the deputies have no other choice but defend themselves with their service weapons
well, sad, there is another strange murder of a kid that happened here this past week also.

I work in LE. Just today, we took a man to court for killing and dismembering a young woman. He's the son of a retired cop and both his parents are charged with being accessories after the fact. Evil transcends race, religion, intelligence, and politics. The last child killers I dealt with were a conservative Christian couple who allowed their child to starve to death.
