That's a good looking gun! I'm not sure if you mentioned this but what twist is that barrel? I have a 6.5x47 being built right now for the same reason and I got a 1-9 twist hoping to shoot the 123 amax.

Thanks guys. Standard Bighorn knob. 8 twist Hart barrel. No pressure at 38.0 grns. - about 2850 with the 130 Berger. 37.5 grns. with the 123 is 2875 fps. The 123 A-max opens up nicely on coyotes.

Thanks for the reply! I hope my 9 twist works, I thought I ordered a 8.5 because that's what I wanted but I actually got the 9 by mistake.
